Ice cream on a hot summer day is hard to top

This weekend, Alex and I stopped at the Parker Cold Stone Creamery for a little dessert after a visit with my parents and brother. As I sat there, enjoying my chocolate devotion ice cream, I thought how it doesn't feel like summer to me until I've enjoyed ice cream outside.

And I wanted to come back and get some pictures so I could post a blog, if only to justify using that last sentence.

So I visited the ice cream shop again yesterday and met a couple of the cool people who work there.

Fragments make the world do 'round. And why not be online at 4 a.m.? Online is open 24 hours a day! I blame my SIMS2 addiction on being up at that hour. But I'm banning SIMS the rest of this summer, Bill, unless we get an expansion pack this week, of course. :-P

Go to Cold Stone for waffle bowls. The DQ one's taste like cardboard with chocolate flavored rubber on it.
