Adventure Boot Camp Starts 8 January
Contributed by: Andy Alexander   on 1/4/2007

The first Adventure Boot Camp for 2007 starts on 8 January.
Come join us and get in shape in 2007. We have gotten great results in 2006, with many people losing 3-8 lbs and some losing up to 7 inches in 4 weeks.

The Boot Camp is a great workout, using many types of exercises to not only help you lose weight, but to also make you stronger and healthier. In some cases, joints that were aching, are no longer.

I believe in helping you to become stronger and healthier and giving you back a few years of your life. You will be able to move better and do things that you may not have done for a long time.

Hope to see you there. Next camp starts on 8 January.
