Here's a little bit about me, the BootCampGuy. I've been living in Colorado for over 8 years(but some of my ancestors homesteaded here in the late 1800's). Almost all of that time has been here in Parker. I have a wife, Peggy, and 4 kids; Miranda(23), Seth(20), Danielle(14), and Kori(11).
During my time here I've worked as a computer programmer as my 'day job' but did a lot of physical training and teaching of martial arts on the side. Then, about 2 years ago, I decided that since I loved training people more than anything else, and in fact I had been doing it for a long time, but it was always for free, that I might as well make it official and start pursuing it as a career change.
I have studied physical training most of my life, but to make things official, I got several certifications to add to my life time of experience in training. Part of that was learning about the Adventure Boot Camp. The Boot Camp is a great way to reach a lot of people and help them to reach their fitness goals. The Boot Camp has only been going on since last June, but I have had a lot of ladies make great progress. It definitely makes it very worthwhile for me to know that people have gotten in better shape, gotten stronger and feel better. I have had many ladies tell me that they feel so much better and have gotten into clothes they haven't been in for years.
We do have a new Boot Camp starting 8 Jan. If you would like to join the adventure, come to the website and check things out.

Thanks, until next time.
