Can I tell you how I feel?
It's so hard to say
When you are not listening to me.

Falling away from reality.
Falling away from everything.
Just falling away.

Can I tell how I feel?
Why don't you see when you say you do?
Why so many lies?

Falling away from you.
Falling away from the pain.
Just falling away.

Can I tell you how it is?
Without you yelling at me?
Without the misunderstanding?

Falling away into the unknown.
Falling from what is true.
Just falling away.

Can I tell you how much it hurts?
The lies, it's too much!
I cannot handle it anymore!

Falling away from what seems to be reality.
Falling away from nowhere.
Just falling away.

Can I tell you how I can't find the key?
It's seems like we have lost it.
From all of the abuse and tears.

Falling away to get out.
Falling away to not face what's ahead.
Just falling away.

Can I tell you why it happens over and over again?
We can't face the problem and handle the stress.
Instead we run.

Falling away into the deep.
Falling away to escape.
Just falling away.

Can I tell how I feel?
So trapped inside.
Locked up and I can't get out!

Falling away from the hurt.
Falling away.
Just falling away.
