The Secret Step Two
Have you seen The Secret movie or read the book? What did you think? Have you visualized a specific goal? Has your visualization manifested? No? Are you having doubts about The Secret? Most of us who watched or read The Secret concentrated on the Law of Attraction and the visualization process. We missed, or flat out ignored, the "Rest of the (Secret) Story". For the Law of Attraction to work, you must be congruent in your conscious and subconscious minds. By that I mean, there can not be any conflict between your desires and beliefs. Quite often we will desire a specific outcome, but our subconscious mind will sabotage us if it doesn't agree or thinks that the vision isn't possible. For example, say you want financial abundance. You formulate affirmations and recite them daily. But, as you are saying them, you have this little uneasy feeling, like you don't REALLY mean them or deserve abundance. Why? You may have a subconscious belief that money is bad, that you aren't good enough, that you don't DESERVE money. With that unresolved conflict, there is no way you will ever succeed. You must change your subconscious negative programming. There are many alternative processes that work: Hypnosis, Energy Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and others. If you want to change your life, change your inner programming. I can help you make the changes you want to make. Call me at 303-884-3566, or email me at John@ommtech.com.

We had waited a long time for this moment. The plane that would take us home landed late. But, we didn't care, we were going HOME.
As the wheels left the ground, a loud cheer filled the passenger compartment. We shook hands and heads, not really believing that we were leaving that place.
We laughed, some cried, some just sat quietly, thinking not only of going home, but of the friends and others who were not making the trip. Some would follow, others not.
Then, the announcement, another problem with the aircraft, but we would be landing elsewhere, we weren't going back. After 15 hrs at that airport, we took off, continuing our trek home. I bought the biggest bottle of Crown Royal I could find. I had plans for when I got home.
All during the flight, we talked with each other about our plans, our dreams, our hopes.
Finally, we landed in the Good Ol' USA. What a relief. The cheering and laughter was deafening. FINALLY, it WAS real. We were BACK!!
Then, as we walked through the airport, we were met with people who didn't like us. They called us "Baby Killers", among other names and terms that cannot be published in a family newspaper. I didn't kill any babies, why are they saying that to me?
I made arrangements to continue to my home town. On the flight and in the stop over, no one talked to me, no one acknowledged me. I was just another GI on his way from one place to another. No big deal.
Jeff Rowe met me at the airport and offered to carry the Crown Royal for me. I let him.
Not 10 steps later, the bottle slipped out of his hands and hit the floor and shattered. No, I didn't get down and try to lick up the booze.
I just stood there thinking, "Oh, well. At least I'm here and not back there."
It was July 4th, and as we walked out to the car, someone set off a string of fireworks. Do you know what the underside of a 1958 Ford looks like? It isn't pretty, especially after 13 years in Florida.
I was finally home. The people who mattered, my family and friends, welcomed me. The people who ignored me, well, they had their lives to live.
The people who cursed me? Let's just say, ignorance is bliss and they were the most blissful people in the world.
To the troops arriving home now, I say, "WELCOME HOME!!"
