Description: Centennial Tae Kwon Do
"Building stronger bodies, minds and character for over a decade!"

Centennial Tae Kwon Do is the only traditional ITF Tae Kwon Do school in Centennial whose curriculum is based exclusively on the teachings of General Choi Hong Hi, IX Dan, the Father of Tae Kwon Do.

Head Instructor Mr. Bryan Galke, III Dan teaches under the direction of Master Dale Burkhart, VIII Dan of the USTF.

We train for self defense, physical fitness, sport competition, confidence and much more.

We also teach traditional Tae Kwon Do and martial arts values. Children's programs focus on the SIX TASKS Character Development Program. Adult and children's training includes monthly focus on character themes such as Loyalty, Teamwork, Attitude, Goal Setting etc. Check our web site for class themes for the past 6 months.

Our program offers something for everyone no matter the age, our student body of 130+ ranges in age from 4 to 60 at every skill level from beginner, intermediate, advanced and Black Belt.

To provide a balanced and well rounded martial arts training experience our school also offers classes in traditional Japanese weapons, Tai Chi, Filipino Stick Fighting and gymnastics.

We know your time is valuable so we offer an extended schedule to meet your needs.
