Farmers Market growing, needs new vendors

The Plum Creek Valley Farmers Market is looking for new vendors.

With summer fast approaching the PCV Farmers Market is revving up for a great year. The PCV Farmers market has been serving the Castle Rock community for 20 years. It is a wonderful opportunity to pick up fresh vegetables and fruits, plants that are great for this climate and other food products such as honey and bread. The market is on Saturday mornings starting in July and running through the first Saturday in October.

The PCV Farmers Market is a community service project that was created by the Douglas County Master Gardener program. The purpose of the market is to offer Colorado grown products. At this time the market board would like to expand the market and offer additional items and products.

We would like to invite individuals and small businesses with horticulture based and organic based products to apply to the market. To receive an application and the rules/regulations for the market please call Joe Julian or Maryjo Woodrick at 720-733-6930.
