Looking for first-rate film close to home? Parker Library's
Cinema Parker is Parker's first and only venue for award-winning independent and foreign films. At 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, Cinema Parker will screen Sandrine Bonnaire's
Her Name is Sabine.
The French film tells the story of the director's sister, Sabine, a 38 year-old autistic woman. The film was a winner at the Cannes International Film Festival, and an official selection at the Chicago, Pusan and Rio de Janeiro International Film Festivals.
