Cinema Parker to screen film on autism


Looking for first-rate film close to home? Parker Library's Cinema Parker is Parker's first and only venue for award-winning independent and foreign films. At 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, Cinema Parker will screen Sandrine Bonnaire's Her Name is Sabine.

The French film tells the story of the director's sister, Sabine, a 38 year-old autistic woman. The film was a winner at the Cannes International Film Festival, and an official selection at the Chicago, Pusan and Rio de Janeiro International Film Festivals.

No registration is required, and the popcorn is free. For more information, please contact the library at 303-791-READ.
