Parker Days are doing what?

I know the dates of Parker Days, but when I check the Parker Chamber website, there isn't much information and neither is there much on the City of Parker website including the fact they have the incorrect year (2005).

Just need to know what is happening. I had thought I had read in somewhere, but can't find it now.

HELP!
