The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently recognized Toll Brothers with two prestigious awards for its Silverton home design, which is offered at several Toll Brothers communities in the Denver area. At its Nationals Awards for new home excellence, the NAHB awarded the Silverton design with the Silver Award for Best Single-Family Home in the country, and in the Colorado region, in the $400,000 to $650,000 category. The Silverton is now eligible to win the top prize of a Gold Award for Best Single-Family Home in the country in the same price category, which will be announced at the NAHB Convention in February.

The award-winning Silverton design is available at the following communities in Colorado: Toll Brothers at Beacon Point in Southeast Arapahoe County, The Estates at Pine Bluffs in Parker, and The Enclave at Broadlands in Broomfield.
