Elementary my dear Watson, Elementary...is the infamousphrase known around the globe to all Sherlock Holmes mystery loving fans.One of Sherlock Holmes greatest mysteries, The Hound of the Baskervilles,willbe performed onstageby The Parker Arts Council at the Mainstreet Center in Parker, Colorado.Thiscaptivating mysteryis written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle andis adapted for stage by Andrew Leslie. The story begins with the curse of the Baskerville family, and the fiendish killer houndthat stalksthem. In this suspenseful classic, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson arecommissioned to protect the last Baskerville, Sir Henry Baskerville, the heirto the Baskerville fortuneafter the mysterious death of his uncle Sir Charles Baskerville. While Holmes stays in London on business, Watson and Sir Henry encounter several unique, interesting characters including the sinister help, Mr. and Mrs. Barrymoore, the cunning neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Stapleton, and thecharming, attractive Laura Lyons. After an attempt on Sir Henry's life, the return of Holmes, and an informative meeting between Dr. Watson and the mysterious blonde, Laura Lyons, the clues start to lead towards deception, as Holmes and Watson try to uncover a killer plot before the last Baskerville becomes the next victim!

Directed by Ellen Farnsworth, and performed by a talented cast of Colorado actors, the cast and crew bring this wonderful, entertaining mystery to life for the whole family to enjoy.Mystery lovers and theatre enthusiastswill beon the edge of their seats trying to figure out the ending beforeSherlock Holmes solves the mystery of the Hound of the Baskervilles!

The Hound of the Baskervilles will be performed at the Parker Mainstreet Center, 19650 E. Mainstreet in Parker, CO., on only four nights. Friday September 26, Friday October 3, and Saturday October 4, at 7 pm. Adults are $12.00, Youth/Senior are$10.00. Tickets may be purchased online at the Parker Arts Councilwebsitewww.parkerartscouncil.org. Advance Ticketscan be purchased at the Parker Recreation Center,in person, and by phonecalling 303-841-4500, or at the door the night of each performance. Tickets for Dinner Theatre Fundraiser on Saturday September 27, must be purchased by September 24. On Saturday September 27, Parker Arts Council will hold a special Dinner Theatre Fundraiser of The Hound of the Baskervilles with dinnerat Indochine Restaurant. Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed bythe performanceat 7:30 p.m. Adults are $ 35.00 andChildren under 12 are $25.00.
