rolls and sticky buns; and cranberry nut and carrot spice muffins -
all made in-house in Elbert's newly renovated kitchen.
At "Peter Rabbit's Garden," diners will find such fresh
offerings as tossed green salads, tomatoes with fresh mozzarella
and basil, fresh marinated asparagus in lemon vinaigrette and fruit
salad ambrosia.
For those seeking a heartier fare, Croce points to the beef
prime rib, smoked pit ham with bourbon mustard sauce, snow crab
clusters and claws, omelettes made the way you want or eggs
Benedict with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce.
Cap your meal off with luscious in-house sweets that are topped
off by a chocolate fountain with strawberries, marshmallows and
pound cake.
In addition to the fabulous food, Croce also invites families to
relax and enjoy the atmosphere offered at Elbert's, including its
warm dcor, friendly wait staff and the beautiful views of Spring
Valley's golf course.
