Halloween with Horses is ideal for families and horse lovers alike. A safe trick-or-treat barn, pony and horse rides, Stable of Terror, straw maze, pumpkin patch, face painting, petting zoo and horse entertainment are just a few of the ways little ghosts and goblins can have fun.Parents enjoy the crafters fair. And of course, don't forget the food! But the highlight of the event is the horse costume contest.
"The horse costume contest is a favorite," commented DeHerrera.Last year the grand prize winner fashioned a carriage into the Batmobile that was drawn by the family's miniature horse. DeHerrera continued, "We are always amazed by the amount of effort that the entrants put into these costumes."
