Fourth of July Fun
Contributed by: Nichole Jensen on 7/9/2007

The wait for fireworks on the Fourth of July can be agonizing, especially for children. But kids who visited the Town of Parker's Let Freedom Sing celebration had plenty to keep them occupied. Activities including face painting, a bean bag toss and the making of balloon animals were available for free to any and all comers. Most of the children's festivities were sponsored and staffed by members of The Church or Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Other diversions such as an inflatable slide and a bounce house were provided by the Town of Parker.
