If you are a Turkey, that's a good thing! We are beginning a season of rush, rush, hurry, hurry, loss of patience and a multitude of other shortcomings that are unbecoming to us and others. If you can just remember that you are a Turkey each time an unpleasantness happens you just might lower your blood pressure. If you are a Turkey, you are:
T hankful
U nderstanding
R espectful
K ind
E xhilarating
Y ourself
While you are out and about, drop a little cash in that Salvation Army Kettle and thank the person ringing that bell. Remember our young men and women in the service of their country while you celebrate the Holidays with your loved ones. Give all the Turkeys out there a little credit for making the season a happy one....it was almost our National Bird. So much for coming in second!
