Honoring veterans in concert

The Highlands Ranch Concert Band will proudly perform inspiring music honoring our veterans at their seventh annual Veteran's Day Concert, Saturday, November 10th at 7:00 pm at the South Suburban Christian Church, 7275 South Broadway.

Opening the concert will be the George C. Evans American Legion Post 103 Color Guard. Honoring veterans in marches and songs, including "Armed Forces Salute", will be Highlands Ranch Concert Band under the baton of Joseph Brice, Coyote Creek Elementary Choir directed by Linda Holcombe, and Highlands Ranch Community Chorus conducted by Brenda Romanello.

The performance is free and open to the public. Contributions to the Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument will be accepted, for the building of a monument honoring Highlands Ranch veterans.

Highlands Ranch Concert Band is a non-profit organization of volunteer professional, amateur and student musicians dedicated to educating and enlightening residents with quality musical performances. The Highlands Ranch Concert Band proudly announces its major sponsors: Metro District of Highlands Ranch, Scientific & Cultural Facilities District, 9 News, Highlands Ranch Self Storage, KUVO, and Wells Fargo.
