Patti Owen-DeLay has served as executive assistant to Jamie LaRue, Director of Douglas County Libraries, for nearly seven years. DeLay has accepted a new position as the Program Manager for Public Programs at the Newfield Network in Boulder. On Thursday, Feb. 14, Douglas County Libraries is hosting a "Love Fest" Farewell Party for Patti Owen-DeLay from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the Philip S. Miller Library (100 S.
