Is your manuscript ready for the publisher? The Parker Writers Group invites you to stop into Parker Library (10851 South Crossroads Drive, 303-791-READ, DouglasCountyLibraries.org) Sunday, May 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. to learn the about the editing process writers should take before submitting their manuscripts to a publisher. Award-winning author, Paula Silici will review common mistakes authors make including: point of view, show versus tell, proper manuscript format, grammar, spelling, typos and more! Silici has been the regular grammar columnist for Authorship, the National Writers Association quarterly magazine since 1998. Parker Writers Group is open to anyone interested in writing.
