Several hundred shoppers enjoyed a little sunny weather July 6 at the Parker Farmers' Market.

The market, located at the northwest intersection of Parker Road and Mainstreet, has been serving up fresh vegetables, fruits and other delicacies for seven years, though this is the first year it's been held at its current location. It was previously held at the Mainstreet Center.

The market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Sunday through October. For a complete list of farmers' markets in the metro area, click here.

Great story to let everyone know where the best farmers market in the area is, there are so many items to choose from. Veggies,fruit,artwork, breads and more
