The Douglas County Primary Election takes place Tuesday, August 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and several Douglas County Libraries are taking part. Highlands Ranch Library (9292 Ridgeline Boulevard), Philip S. Miller Library (100 S. Wilcox St., Castle Rock), and the Roxborough Marketplace right below the Neighborhood Library at Roxborough (8357 N. Rampart Range Road) will be polling sites for several precincts. In addition, the Philip S.
