Police blotter- Man arrested for public drinking

MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Police responded to a report of an intoxicated man at a restaurant on the 16000 block of Keystone Boulevard at 2:55 p.m. Aug. 12. An officer found the man passed out in a booth in the restaurant and shook his arm to wake him up. The officer identified the man with his driver's license and discovered he had a restraining order against him for drinking alcohol. Parker firemen who were also called to the restaurant found three empty bottles of vodka in the bathroom trash. The man was arrested.

DRIVER ARRESTED ON WARRANT
Police responded to a report of a careless driver on the 10000 block of Victorian Drive at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 14. The officer determined the driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear and was arrested.

MAN ARRESTED FOR DRINKING ALCOHOL
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on the 17000 block of East Carlson Drive at 9:53 p.m. Aug. 17. Police spoke to a 33-year-old man who said he had been drinking and got into an argument with his 34-year-old friend about his soon-to-be ex-wife. The man punched his friend during the altercation, but the friend refused to press charges. Police determined the man was under a restraining order from drinking alcohol and he was arrested.
