Parker Police: Where'd my wheel go?


WHERE'D MY WHEEL GO?
At 10:28 p.m. June 20, officers responded to the area of 19750 Parker Square Drive on a welfare check. A 20-year-old man called the police department stating his wheel fell off his car. The 20-year-old told police he was driving his red 1995 Volkswagen Jetta on Parker Square Drive when his right rear wheel came off. The man said he was not injured and did not hit anything. As dispatch cleared the man, they discovered he had an outstanding warrant out of Douglas County for failure to appear on a traffic offense, and his license was suspended for excessive points. He was arrested.

BARKING DOG LEADS TO OWNER'S ARREST
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 7:28 p.m. June 19 for a noisy dog complaint. Officers arrived at a home on the 11000 block of Grouse Court where a 35-year-old man filed a complaint that a dog routinely barks in the mornings. The man told police he attempted to contact his neighbor several times regarding the dog, but could not get in touch with him. Officers contacted the 35-year-old owner of the dog and arrested him for the barking disturbance. The dog owner told officers his neighbor shot at his dog with a pellet gun.
