At 10:50 p.m. July 1, officers were doing a routine parol in the area of Parker Road and Ponderosa Drive, when they observed a red Mitsubishi heading northbound on Parker Road. Upon clearing the car's license plate through dispatch, officers learned there was an associated warrant attached to the license plate for a 23-year-old woman. The warrant information described the woman as 5-foot, 10-inches-tall, about 140 pounds with brown hair. Officers drove up next to the vehicle, and the car's passenger matched the warrant description. Officers initiated a traffic stop, and dispatched confirmed the car's passenger had three outstanding warrants: two out of Fort Collins for failing to appear on a traffic offense and the third out of Morgan County also for failing to appear on a traffic offense. The woman was arrested on suspicion of having the three outstanding warrants.
