Parker Police: Man shoplifts jelly beans

Man shoplifts jelly beans. At 5:21 p.m. Sept. 11, officers with the Parker Police Department were dispatched to King Soopers, 12459 S. Parker Road, Parker, on a report of a shoplifting. Security observed a 27-year-old man walking through the store eating jelly beans. They said the man attempted to abandon the bag for a smaller package before entering the checkout. the man was issued a summons.
