Construction workers find woman in pond

Around 11:30 a.m. on May 21, Parker police responded to a call of an elderly female found floating in a wastewater effluent pond near the Salisbury Equestrian Park in Parker.

The victim was found by construction workers for Aslan Construction who were working in the area. The workers pulled the woman from the pond and began resuscitation efforts.

Parker-South Metro Fire Authority arrived on-scene and transported the victim to a local hospital. At this time, the victim is in critical condition.

No foul play is suspected in the incident, according to police.
