3 OM School of Yoga in Parker is launching a new class called Flexible Families taught by Debra Wilson and Janet Muse. Come practice with other growing families on Fridays at 4:30. Children 4 and under are free. Children 5 and up are $2.00.

Children love animals. It is natural for little ones to pretend they are- lions, snakes, dogs and cats. This naturally makes the practice engaging for children when presented in a dynamic way.A children's yoga class typically features stories, games, animal sounds and laughter. This all adds up to the most important element - fun!
