Parker Hawks softball chose 12 players for its All-star team for summer tournament play. The All-Star team traveled to Burlington, Colorado to play in the Babe Ruth State Tournament. After an undefeated series of four games, the Parker Hawks became the 2009 Colorado State Champions.

The team then traveled to Wellington, Kansas to represent Colorado in the 2009 Babe Ruth Midwest Regional Softball 10U Tournament. The tournament consisted of pool play and a 6-team double elimination Championship bracket. Teams from Missouri, Kansas and Colorado played in the tournament. With a final record of 6 - 2, the 10U Parker Hawks claimed the bronze medal.

Team Coaches were very proud of all the players and their efforts out on the field. Head coach Steve Biller said, "The girls obviously love the game of softball and played their hearts out at both tournaments."
