Shrimp!! at Cassoulet

What:	Chef Cynthia Wollner is excited to share with you new ways of preparing our tasty little friends of the sea - Shrimp!! in this hands-on class. As with all of our classes, after creating these delightful shrimp dishes, we'll sit down family-style to enjoy with a glass or two of appropriately paired wine. You'll also return home with a complete recipe packet for the evening's fare. We'll be preparing Shrimp Bisque, Baked Shrimp with Tomatoes, Coconut Fried Shrimp with Dipping Sauce and Gulf Shrimp with Creole Mustard Dressing. Class fee is $50.00/participant.
