Sheridan Police Department
ROLLOVER ACCIDENT
Sheridan Police responded to a report of a rollover accident on June 18. The driver of the truck was traveling south on Santa Fe Drive and was exiting to U.S. 285 when he rolled his truck off the embankment near the old Cinderella Drive-In Theater. The driver was pinned under the cab until construction workers found him at 5:24 a.m.The man was removed from the cab by the Sheridan Fire Department and taken to Swedish Medical Center for treatment.
SODA MACHINE BROKEN INTO
A Pepsi machine was broken into on the 3100 block West Hampden Avenue the night of June 11. The reporting party told the police he came to work on June 12 and saw that the machine had been knocked over, the dispensing door had been pried open and all of the money was stolen from the machine.
GRAFFITI REPORTED
An employee at the public works department reported graffiti on the 3400 block of South Federal Boulevard to police on June 16. The officer noticed several areas around some new construction had been spray painted with purple, white and yellow paint. The crime was reported to the graffiti task force.
