Hilltop Bean is continuing the concept of your neighborhood coffee shop; a place to meet friends or business associates. An easy walk or quick drive from the newest subdivisions of growing Thornton and Brighton; an easy commute to I-25 and the Toll road connecting DIA and Boulder. Serving a full range of popular lattes, coffee and espressos plus frozen specialty drinks. Also available are a variety of herbal teas, cider, hot chocolate (with fresh whip cream) and ice cream based drinks for the kiddies. Gourmet desserts including, cinnamonsters, pastries and brownies. For a meal, try one of our burritos: vegetarian or spicy sausage, bacon and egg. Hilltop Bean is proud to provide an opportunity for locally made products; in their new "gift shop," you will find handmade soaps and bath items, gift baskets, and homemade food such as chocolate covered pretzels. We also carry, a line of popular candles featuring smells of the Rockies, "Cozy Cabin" and "Autumn Walk," among our favorites, priced to appeal to all budgets. To complement the idea of a local coffee shop, we feature live music on the weekend, perfect for date night.

Welcome You've just found coffee at a higher level. It's coffee that's so rich, so masterfully roasted; it's simply the best. It's Hilltop Bean Coffee Mmmmm...You can almost smell it now, can't you? The intoxicating aroma of ou coffee which Hilltops Bean serves IS expertly-roasted and is Rich & Creamy. So rich and satisfying, you can about taste it, can't you? The power of the Internet! Wouldn't it be nice if you could smell and taste what we do as you read this? You can!

We are located in the North Thornton Area located at 136th & Colorado Blvd in the Hill top Village shopping center The Hilltop Bean Coffee Shop is a terrific destination for families, Impeccable customer service; warm and cheerful staff; we are so welcoming and inviting, We go out of way to make sure our customers are completely satisfied! Opened in August 2007, we are your friendly neighborhood coffee shop -- where we know you by name and start preparing your "usual" the moment you walk through the door. Your usual may be anything from a short regular coffee to a specialty espresso beverage brewed and blended to your exact specifications. Whatever you order, you are assured of curiously delicious, high-quality beverages and prompt, courteous service.
We love our new neighborhood coffee house, especially in the cold winter days/ nights.

Our coffee is locally roasted in Denver and delivered to our shop the Twice a week Our Coffees are made fresh every ½ hour or sooner to keep that fresh brewed flavor. Our iced coffee is cold-brewed, for a truly smooth and delicious, refreshing beverage. Our tea is brewed from loose tea by the cup or by the pot, hot or iced. Our espresso is handcrafted, with every shot held to exacting standards, and no shot is served unless it meets or exceeds those standards. We hope you'll stop by soon to experience small-town friendliness with big-city quality. In addition to our delicious coffee, tea, and espresso drinks, we also serve breakfast burritos, many fine pastries - all locally made (Danish, scones, cookies, muffins, Cinnamon buns), and fruit Yogurt on our ever-expanding menu.
We are very community oriented and involved in the activities going on around us at any given time. Events sponsored include Blood Drives, Breast cancer awareness, supporting Local Schools, Churches, and in the spring a charity golf tournament.

Hilltop Bean coffee shop is an ongoing project destined to provide a sophisticated, innovative and stimulating place to meet work and relax.
