CONFIDENT YOU is a 6-week process group exploring how your self-esteem impacts how you experience and respond to life. Each group is focused on an area of self-esteem (Self-Acceptance, Self-Responsibility, Self-Assertiveness, Living Purposefully, and Personal Integrity) providing psycho-education and interactive activities for personal growth.

DATES:

Mondays October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 3, 10 (12-17 yrs.)

Thursdays October 2, 9, 16, 23, 31 and November 6 (18-adult)

TIME: 6:30pm-8:30pm

WHERE: 7390 Lowell Blvd. Westminster, CO 80030

COST: $150.00 per participant ($25.00 per group)
