A Family Fitness Challenge that gets everyone involved

This program will educate, inform, and support your family in implementing exercise and healthy eating habits in order to create a balanced lifestyle. Included in the program is a weekly family workout, measurements and general health and wellness lectures. Families will compete among other families during the 8 week long program. ReSet the way your family lives by learning how fitness can be fun, creative, and a great way to spend time together. Fee: $265Res/$270NonRes (per family). No class on Nov. 29, Dec. 27 and Jan. 3. Children must be age 6 or above.
