Foot clinic coming to Margaret Carpenter Recreation Center.
Spring is coming and along with it more outdoor activity, especially walking and jogging. Don't let your foot discomfort keep you from enjoying your outdoor (and indoor) activities.
Many common foot problems that create pain during everyday activities as well as athletic activities are addressable with a few changes and adjustments. If you have experienced foot, heel or ankle pain and discomfort, tired and achy feet, foot pronation, flat feet or sports injuries this clinic can provide you with some good information.
Build strength back into the foot by learning about common foot issues and how to reduce foot stress. Gain information about exercises, proper foot wear, foot mechanics along with personalized information to get the bounce back in your step in time for Spring!

Foot Clinic (1 hr. general class)
April 21, Mon 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
The presenter, Dr. Ramzi Dalloul, a local chiropractor, avid runner and official Chiropractor to the Ballet Nouveau Colorado professional dance company, has helped many athletes - from the everday athlete to the elite - resolve their foot issues and get them back to living an active, healthy and fit lifestyle.
