Sarah Shropshire, resident of Thornton, founder and President of Essential Therapy in Northglenn, joined others from around the world for an amazing experience from February 23 - March 1, 2008. Participants spent a fun-filled, educational week with Gary Young, Founder and President of Young Living. Attendees visited the beautiful town of Baños, participated in hands-on training, visited Young Living's newest farm-Finca Botanica-in Guayaquil, and enjoyed building and strengthening relationships with each other.In Guayaquil, Gary shared his knowledge and skill in the use and application of essential oils for improved health and well-being. Attendees scrambled to take notes as Gary demonstrated the Raindrop Technique® and taught about essential oils and their applications.
Days at a five-star hotel were filled with exceptional service, excitement and 9-10 hours of learning during the day. Nights were packed with tours of river walkways and native markets. At Young Living's Ecuador farm, attendees were amazed by acres of growing plants and herbs andthe beauty and development of the farm first-hand.
Sarah Shropshire, excited to return home and share what she'd learned, had nothing but praise for her experience in Ecuador. "My motive for coming was that it would be a chance to learn more information to helpthe use of the oils but also to better serve clients/patients of Essential Therapy. I am excited to share my training regarding the Raindrop Technique to help everyone. My notepad is full, so are my brain and my heart."
The tour of the farm was the highlight of the trip for Sarah. "The experience was awesome. The farm was a testimony of Young Living in its own right. If only everyone that holds a bottle of Palo Santo or Eucalyptus oil or any oil from Young Living, could see the dedication to purity and integrity here, there would be no questions as to whether using a therapeutic grade oil for one's health is an option."
The experience was first-class and she hopes to attend another Amazon Adventure.
