Northglenn High grads childhood sweethearts
Contributed by: Adams 12 Alumni Association on 7/8/2007

Kim and Scott Cochran grew up living across the street from each other. It was around 6th grade that they decided each other was pretty "okay" and now they are married and the parents of soon to be six children.
Scott works for Adams 12 Schools and is very involved, as is Kim, with their community.

Kim and Scott both graduated from Northglenn High School in the class of 1984.Kim chose Mr. Vargas from Northeast Middle School as her favorite Adams 12 teacher and Scott chose Mike Carlson who taught him Math at Northglenn High School. He liked Mr. Carlson so much that a few years ago he wrote a tribute to him that was published in the News.

They attribute their fondest memories of growing up in District 12 to the great friendships they developed and the time spent with those friends.Scott and his friends liked to go to Boulder Falls and Kim smiled as she reminised about cruising the Westminster Mall.

They said that growing up in Adams 12 was great and they were glad that their children are following in their footsteps.
