Isn't this singling out one race over another?Isn't this kind of program further dividing and making race an issue? Is there a White Advisory Commitee?A Muslim Advisory Commitee?A Asian Advisory Commitee?A Balck Advisory Commitee?A Arab Advisory Commitee? By all means keep teaching Hispanics they are a special group with special needs and no reason to assimilate and become Americans because the tax payers, the schools and the government will have programs just for your race, hispanic, which desciminates against other races who are not singled out for special awards based on race.
