As you all know, we have been working in recent years to fund and construct a veterans memorial here where we live. Our nation's veterans have served and protected the United States for over 230 years. They have all made sacrifices to ensure the freedom of this great nation many paying the ultimate sacrifice.
We are asking all of our friends and supporters - and supporters of veterans everywhere - to join us and others who are donating funds for the Thornton Veterans Memorial. This memorial is awesome and honors all those who have served our country in uniform - past, present and future. Many of you have already donated and we truly appreciate it but more is needed and if possible, we ask for your help.
Please visit the Thornton Veterans Memorial website
www.thorntonveteransmemorial.org
, click the Donate button, and donate $10, $5, $3, $1 or any amount to the project - it will add up! You can use credit cards or PayPal and it takes 2 minutes. Also, if you go to the website and click the Online Store link, you can purchase Thornton Veterans Memorial merchandise, engraved paver bricks that will form the walkways of the memorial or make regular monthly recurring donations to the project.
The Thornton Veterans Memorial Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization so your donation is tax deductible too! Then, just as importantly, forward this message to everyone you know. Show us the power of email and the power of our patriotism and support for our veterans!
