Devoted father of Emma Serna and Fidel (Tina) Lucero, Grandfather of Angela Serna, Valene Serna, Janay Lucero, Gabriel Lucero, Alie Lucero, Great-grandfather of Alex Perez, Davaya Lucero and Ayden Serna. Preceded in death by son, Carlos Lucero and son-in-law James Serna. Frank was a very devoted father, friend and uncle. He was married to and divorced from Matilda "Mattie" (Martinez) Lucero, but remained good friends. Mr. Lucero served in World War II and in the Korean War and was a lifetime member of the VFW. He retired from the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad after over 30 years of service. Frank's passions were playing pool, dancing and spending time with his family.
