Senior Hub hosting creative caregiving seminar

The Senior Hub will be hosting a creative caregiving seminar from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at St. Anthony Hospital North, 2551 W. 84th Ave. in Westminster.

The free seminar educated and informd families on caring for aging family members - or to help plan for your own future.

The following sessions will be offered:
Caregiving 101 - Where to Start
Improving Family Communication
Memory Loss - Normal or Abnormal?
Finding Help for the Caregiver
Need-to-Know Legal Issues

Continental breakfast and a light lunch will be served.
Donations accepted.

Come and learn with us! You will be gaining valuable knowledge with experts from Centura Health, The Senior Hub, Colorado State University Cooperative Extension, The Alzheimer's Association, Colorado Legal Services, and others.

Reservations are required - call 303-426-4408 x 212 to make your reservation by October 23.
