My favorite place in town to hang out: Famous Dave's Bar-B-Q

What I like most about living here: Thornton is a safe, clean, friendly community.

My interests and hobbies: I love animals, riding my bike, walking, swimming, spending time with Family

What is my favorite thing to cook: chicken burrito's

People who inspired me (and how): My Father
He thought me what was important and he made me the person I am today.

He taught me to work hard for what is important and what I want. He taught me that if I worked hard I could get where I wanted to be in life. He taught me values, moral's, love, trust and the true value of life. My Father always showed be these things by his example.

How I have contributed to the community: I have sat on several boards for the City, been on City Council for the past 6 years, graduated from the Thornton Citizens Police Academy, graduated from the Metro North Chamber Leadership
class, Fundraising chair for Special Olympics, Publicity chair for the Relay for Life - Thornton Cancer Walk, Member of DRCOG - Denver Regional Council of Governments, Executive Member of CML - Colorado Municipal League, Member of NLC - National League of Cities Public Safety and Crime Prevention Steering Committee, Member of Friends of Craig at Craig Hospital.

What are the biggest issues facing your city now: Growth, Jobs, Water, Transportation, keeping Neighbors nice, Housing are just a few .
