Northglenn/Thornton Rotary Marches Forward

The Northglenn/Thornton Rotary Club inducted its new President in a ceremony at the Radison Greystone Castle in Thornton in July. Outgoing President Blake Feik and Club members congratulated Liz Fuselier, a member of the club since 1994. Liz has been a very active member and contributor to the club's goals and mission for many years. Her community involvement reaches far beyond the Northglenn/Thornton Rotary club. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Community Reach Center, Community Reach Foundation, Treasurer for the Adams 12 Five Star Education Foundation, and Board President for the Mapleton Education Foundation.

Her goals this year are to lead the club to a greater knowledge of Rotary and Rotary International, increase the club's involvement in community projects while improving and sustaining the current service activities, and to develop a new service project for local seniors.

If local community service, promotion of youth leadership, recognition of area students with scholarships, along with national and international humanitarian efforts interests you, then you should check out the Northglenn/Thornton Rotary Club. Information about joining can be obtained by calling the Membership Director, Mary Cooper at 303-430-9407 or mcooper@megastarfinancial.com

Meetings are held at the Radison Greystone Castle, 120th and I-25 at noon every Tuesday. Come visit us !!
