My story is about a lay over at the Vegas airport. We were on our way to San Francisco when the weather apparently turned nasty over the California skies. While we waited for a flight to SFO, we passed the time by playing the slots (shouldn't they have 'um at all airports?).
Anyway, we were probably two hours behind schedule, when the plane finally showed up. We were also down about $50.00 from playing the slots. I figured it was money well spent as nobody wins on the sucker slots at the airport. Normally, the boarding is very orderly and done by section of the aircraft (back rows first, etc).
Seeing what would be our fellow passengers charging the gate, we realized we needed to get to the plane as quick as possible. So, we put enough money into the slot machine for one last spin, when we hit for $600.00. Needless to say, we had to round up someone to pay us very quick, because this plane was leaving the station.Wow we did things we didn't even plan on with the added $$.
