To be finished in 2008, in the Thornton Multipurpose / Carpenter Open Space, the city of Thornton has plans for developing a series of retention ponds, to hold non-treated water from deep well aquifers to irrigate the Multipurpose Fields but also as a walking trail around the lake, while preserving the Wetlands area at 112th & Steele.

Many of our Homestead Home-owners will have lakefront property from which to enjoy the Thornton fireworks at the Independence Day Celebration, Thorntonfest, and Winterfest. Many of our townhomes have standard oversized 2 car garage, gas fireplaces, insurance,and lawn and snowplow service. We are very proud of our HomesteadHOA community.

Some of our units are moderately priced.#53 just went up for $203,900 for 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. All part of living in a quiet Home Owners Association for $115 a month. What a bonus when the city of Thornton plans to build an amenity to an already beautiful property and neighbors. I love this place.
