E-470 undeserving of customer service award

I was surprised to read that E470 was awarded a customer service award. As exposed by Channel 9, they have falsely accused several people of non-payment for use of the toll road and they have refused to cancel their charges even in cases where the motorists proved without doubt that their vehicle was not on E-470, many times not even in the state! Yet, E-470 refused to drop the charges and the parties were forced to pay several hundred dollars in fines. I consider myself one of the lucky ones because I was falsely accused but not fined. One day I just got notice that the matter was dropped-no apology or admission that they were wrong, they just dropped it. In my case, the violating vehicle had a license number one number off from mine. The picture they had was of a flatbed truck and my vehicle is a mini-van. They have serious quality control problems. But, much worse is their attitude that they can do no wrong.
