It is with great pleasure that I recommend Randy Drennen for the School Board. I have the had he distinct pleasure of serving on The Haven @ York Street Homeowners Association Board with Randy Drennen for the past year.  Randy and I have served as the only two elected homeowner representatives through a difficult and challenging year as the association transferred from developer control to homeowner control.  As you might imagine, dividing the load of a homeowner association between two people is sizeable.

During the course of this year, Randy also worked closely with the residents of our community to pass an amendment to our covenants that modified our dues structure and strengthened our neighborhood because it was the right thing to do.

Randy also enjoys sponsoring and facilitating a neighborhood “Movie Night” utilizing his own equipment and expertise to provide an authentic “drive-in” movie experience for the neighborhood kids throughout the summer.  It has become a highly anticipated event for the children every month and a true family event.  His commitment and dedication to the kids in our area is self-evident.

As a member of the Denver Fire Department for 30 years and board member of multiple Homeowner Association’s I feel I know a little something about public service.  I can tell you that Randy Drennen is dedicated to the community he lives in and strives to make it a better place we can all proudly call home.

Randy would be an asset to any organization, and I am happy to give him my wholehearted endorsement.
