Vitality & Excellence
Contributed by: DR. SEAN REIF D.C. on 7/26/2007

Vitality and excellence go hand in hand. Both are characterized by enthusiasm and delight in evidence of a job well done. Both are characterized by persistent curiosity about ours and others challenges and successes. Both are characterized by an eagerness in encounterin' new ideas and new patterns of thought evidenced by energetic response to the challenges of a growin' city.

We should be searchin' for strategies to strengthen our interactions. There will be matters of public policy that will require special attention from public leaders. The quality of a creative leader is geared into a frontier spirit, but a highly interactive community is measured in terms of cooperative endeavors. Cooperative uses of existin' resources, as well as a search for new resources. Public and Community resources can do so much to imbibe the sense of responsibility to others in citizen participation.
