"SolVista Basin has long been one of Colorado's hidden treasures," said Charlie Mayfield, vice-president of operations and marketing of SolVista Basin. "Our ski area is the perfect place for families to come and have fun - whether they are long-time skiers or not. The promotion with the Avalanche is just one way we are reaching out to residents and inviting them to experience SolVista Basin for themselves."
The first 10,000 ticket holders at Avalanche games on Jan. 7, Jan. 26 and Mar. 2 will receive lift tickets to SolVista Basin, one of Colorado's few remaining intimate, independent resorts.

The resort is the first in Colorado to incorporate the teaching techniques of internationally known ski instructor, Harald Harb.
