* SIESTA - a ritual of napping after the midday meal. People recharge then resume productivity.

* DRINK MORE WATER - Water is essential for operation of kidneys, which filter the blood and relieve headaches, indigestion, and joint pain.

* 10 MINUTES CHATTING WITH A FRIEND - improves memory and intelligence as much as math problems or crossword puzzles.

* SURROUNDED WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS - People oriented people with strong family ties and support systems live longer, are healthier, and recover from illness.

* DON'T DENY YOURSELF - Just eat smaller portions. Tomatoes, wine, and olive oil are rich in antioxidants.

The Chiropractor has earned recognition in the arena of muscles, bones, and nerves, such as low back problems, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, between the shoulder pain, wrist, hand, and foot pain, numbness and tingling. The chiropractor has a GENERAL HEALTH SERVICE that works for a number of conditions. Expectant mothers and Obs are often surprised with the ease of delivery when the mother has received chiropractic care during pregnancy. Children respond readily and are guarded to the effects of falls and strains, as well as guided to develop correct posture. Chiropractic is concerned with the patient who has the dis-ease, rather than the dis-ease that has the patient. If assistance is given to a sick body and it has the power within itself to effect healing, chiropractic is effective. In the event that the SICKNESS is critical and crisis, or the patient does not have the vitality to respond, then surgery or other methods may be necessary.
