If you're not Outraged-You're not paying attention
Musings about life, love, dating, growing old, politics, and who knows what else. I will often rant about stupidity and the vagaries of the world.

Three simple words, describing something so complicated.
I just love these ads. The search for Mr Right, the "perfect" man, goes ever on.
There are the young women looking for that "hottie" with a great career. They love skiing, sailing, dancing, walks on the beach, concerts, and travelling on holidays to all the hot spots. Of course you must love kids, didn't they mention they have 2 young children? Those kids are her whole world, and she doesn't need a daddy for them since she and her ex are on great terms. Heck they spend every Sunday together as a family. And don't forget she is a full time student and has a part time job.
Just when exactly does she do all these things she claims to love. Probably never, until you take her away from all that and hire a nanny to care for her kids. That's what she really is looking for.
Can you pass muster with her friends? You will be interviewed, tested, analyzed, and discussed at length. Are you good enough for her? Do you deserve her? Is your car nice enough? Your job glamorous enough? Not only do you have to meet her unrealistic expectations, but you cannot remind any of her friends of someone they don't like.
Isn't it great that you love kids? Did you want some of your own someday? Forget it, she had 2 and doesn't want any more especially after getting so fat. Yes, she is a BBW. But she only likes fit, trim, and athletic guys. Don't worry she is working on losing weight, just not hard enough to actually lose any.
There is hope as they get older they are less concerned with looks as long as you still have a full head of hair, are handsome, fit, trim, athletic, with a good job, a good car, own your own home, and love skiing, sailing, dancing, walks on the beach, concerts, and travelling on holidays to all the hot spots.

Over the years, it has amazed me just how many women there are out there who are basically gold-diggers. They have no interest in work, only play, and want somebody to take care of them.

A lot of these important, necassary virtues will be reconsidered if your bank account is fat enough.

Before I get flamed for complaining about women trying to lose weight. I am fat. I am not trying to lose weight and don't claim to be trying. The point I was making was if you are serious about losing weight, get serious and after losing weight, keep it off, especially after you do find someone. More singles ads advice forthcoming in future blogs. Just think about this: Most women repeatedly seek out the same type of man, and then lament that they cannot find a keeper.
