Bio: I've only lived in Arvada a little over a year now, so I'm still getting to know the nuances of the neighborhood and everything this town has to offer.

My husband and I are in the process of renovating our 1950's style ranch near Olde Town. This is the oldest home we've ever lived in, so everything's got to go. Our current project is the basement. We've already done the landscaping and added a new 1200 sq ft shop.
